Russo’s Fresh Gourmet (RFG) is a full-service meal delivery program. RFG prepares fresh and frozen individual meals as well as bulk, congregate meals.
We can tailor any meal program to meet dietary and nutritional needs, including plant-based. We have also partnered with a certified Halal and Kosher caterer to provide Halal and Kosher meals.
We also have a full-service, in-house bakery led by our award winning pastry chef. Our bakery provides high-quality specialty cakes, pastries, bread and other baked goods to accommodate your needs.
We view our clients as our partners and work to ensure they have everything they need to successfully feed the population they serve. That is why, when you’re ready, we can provide you with the support you need to transition from individual frozen meals to bulk, ready to serve meals. We accomplish this by providing all the kitchen equipment needed, and having our chef train your staff to properly use it - ensuring not only a smooth transition, but that all health and safety standards are met and maintained.
With a fleet of vans and trucks both refrigerated and non-refrigerated, we are able to service NYC, Long Island, Westchester and New Jersey.
